I had benefitted in both my professional and personal development as Effective Motivational Leadership programme broadens my perspective for me to emerge as a better motivator and leader. The uniqueness of this programme is that there is a pre-course meeting with participants to identify issues and set course objectives and most importantly, the Course Coach constantly keeps track of the participants’ progress to ensure the focus on High Payoff Activities.
